WHAT IS DEEP VIBRATION FOOD

When you plant an apple in earth, then an apple-tree will come out, but if you plant apple sauce, then nothing will come out!!! Deep Vibration Food is in other words: Living Energy in Organic Vegan Raw Food. The purpose is to become healthy, and then get your body & soul in a deeper vibration, so then you can evolve spiritually to a deeper dimension.

THERE ARE TWO IMPORTANT QUALITIES OF A HEALTHY DIET:

  1. When you eat Living food, this means in a raw state, then it will keep you alife. Because this life force will go from the plant into your body. And it will provide you with all the vitamins & enzimes. Because those are very sensitive to heat.
  2. The second most importans quality of a healthy diet is to eat as much as posible (raw or cooked) organic leafy greens!!! Because that is the basis of the food that all planteaters consume. Phyto-plankton, spirulina, chlorella, bluegreen algae, & leaves that grow on almost all plants. With the help of machines it is also possible to drink juice from self grown wheatgrass. The whole planet is covered in green!!! But nobody sees it, because people only eat what there mothers have spoonfit into there mouses when they were babies! Wheetgrass juice is a new kind of healthy drink. It is rediscovered & propagated by Ann Wigmore from Lituania starting 1940. It became part of this lifestyle of people who follow a diet of at least 50% raw food.

WHY 50% COOKED FOOD?

Raw food is alive! This means that cooked food is dead!!! This does not mean that all cooked food is bad. For instance when you cook very simple spinach on 100 degrees celcius, you will still get all the minirals and fibers. Physically & chemically the only thing that happens when you raise the temperature of a material object, is that the moleculs start vibrating at a higer rate. Only when factories mix all kinds off food stuff together, and on top of that add dozens of chemicals for preservation etcetera, and then start frying, roasting, barbequing at extreem high temperatures, then thousends of poisenous chemical reactions start happening, that cause cancer and all kinds of other civilisation deseases!!! How much percentage of raw food & cooked food is good for you, is very personal. It depends on many factors. So in the first place do what feels good for you!
